From Monday 24th-Friday 28th April 2023, all primary schools were invited to particpate in “Active Schools Week”. This week included a variety of physical activities, while children had the week off from their “normal” homework and instead completed tasks in mindfulness and exercise.
Some of the activities that the children took part in were badminton, Olympic handball, live interview with 2 Olympians, “wake up,shake up” dancing every morning, GAA training as per weekly schedule and table tennis. This very active week culminated in a Teachers vs Pupils game of dodgeball on Friday.
Thanks to Mrs. McLoughlin for organising guest speakers to come to the school and thank you to our special guests for taking the time out to visit us!

Easter Raffle 2023
The school held an Easter raffle before finishing for the Easter break on Friday 31st March. A total of €439 was raised, with proceeds going to Trócaire. Thank you to all who contributed.
