The children from Junior Infants to 2nd class travelled to Graune Pet Farm in Co. Mayo on Thursday 6th June. The weather stayed dry thankfully and the children were able to feed the animals, play in the playground and enjoy their day away from the classroom!
The children from 3rd to 6th class travelled to Galway on Wednesday 5th June. First stop was the Atlantaquaria where the children learned all about marine and freshwater habitats. They even had the opportunity to feed some of the fish on their guided tour! After Atlantaquaria and a short lunch break on the green, it was on to Leisureland for swimming and a round of golf. They finished off their tour by getting some hot food before spending some time on the beach before they left for home.
